What does it cost?

Home visits get a flat quote up front, usually in the low hundreds, and you approve it before I start. Business work is priced by project, or a flat monthly rate per person for managed IT. You always see the number first.

Do you come to me, or is it remote?

Both. I come to you across the Monroe and Charlotte area, about a 50-mile radius. Many issues I can fix the same day remotely.

I think I got scammed. What do I do?

Don't pay them and don't buy gift cards. Call or text me and I'll help you cut off any remote access, change the right passwords, and check what was exposed. I will never cold-call you or ask for gift cards.
